Course Description

Project Management According to the PMBOK® Guide:

Stay up to date with the latest methodologies presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)- Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013. Whether you are thinking about PMP®/CAPM® Certification or interested in applying the most relevant principles in project management today, this course will provide you with the knowledge you need.

This course will provide you with the basic knowledge and comprehensive awareness of the 10 Knowlege Areas of the PMBOK® Guide and core process areas of project management.  Based on in-depth consulting and research experience, Dr. Kerzner will reveal how these principles are applied in companies all over the world.

Textbook, workbook, refreshments and lunch included in course fee.  This course provides 21 credited hours toward the 35 hour project management education requirement set by PMI®.  You will receive the latest edition of Project Management: A Systems Approach to Planning, Scheduling and Controlling, Harold Kerzner, 11th edition, John Wiley & Sons Publishers, 2013 as part of the course fee.
