In support of the PMI Talent Triangle® , a series of programs have been aligned to make it easy for PMP® Certified professionals to manage your PDUs in the required talent areas. The new requirement is 35 on-going education units with a minimum of 8 PDUs each in Technical, Leadership, and Strategy/Business. Our Advanced Project Management Series has now been organized so that each APMC will provide all the PDUs you need, along with an emphasis in a specific PMI Talent Triangle® focus. Business Analysis

Business analysis is the practice of enabling change in an organizational, defining needs and recommending valuable solutions to stakeholders. This disciplined approach is used to identify and articulate the need for change and how to facilitate that change. Our Business analysis courses help define various BA tasks, goals, and requirements for programs and projects. If business analysis is new to your company or role, or if you already have BA experience and are looking to expand on your/staff's knowledge and processes, we can customize training to suit your company’s needs and goals.
Customer Experience

Using Technology & Innovation to Build Lifelong Customer Relationships Information Technology projects typically have one of two major purposes: 1) Reduce costs via automation; or 2) Increase customer satisfaction via service innovation The latter projects have exciting potential to increase revenue, expand market share, strengthen customer loyalty and generate customer referrals. While big name success stories (Amazon, Disney, Dell) are heralded in business media, most organizations have far greater success at improving efficiency while experiencing disappointment on the service innovation front.

Process Improvement

Develops the tools and techniques that use customer data to systematically improve and innovate processes and products. The curriculum ranges from simple mapping and problem-solving methods to full certifications in Lean Six Sigma for department teams. Our objective is to provide practical guidance and direction so your organization's investment in process change yields meaningful and lasting returns.
Project Management

Provides managers with the tools and processes to identify needs and manage work efficiently so the delivery of products and services are within scope and budget, and on time. Curriculum is focused on defining project needs, initiation, planning, execution, and project closure.
